STARS ONLINE APPLICATION FORM To tryout for the Stars Lacrosse Club, you will need to Click hereand submit the registration form. Tryouts will be Sunday, September 9 from 12:15-6pm at SSSAS upper school. Please bring $30.00IN CASH to cover the costs of tryouts. We prefer cash and you must provide this to register. Also please bring a check MADE OUT TO STARS LACROSSE for $600 with you to tryouts – this is for the first half of the team fee (total fee is $1000) which we will hold until after the results of tryouts. Depending on the results of tryouts, we will then deposit the check or destroy it. The funds are needed immediately upon registration to cover costs for the Fall tournaments which are already in various stages of progress. The following tryout times are subject to change so please check back with the website for updates.

Cost for being on the STARS LACROSSE CLUB TEAM will be $1000 per player. This includes field fees, coaches fees, and 11 practices (approximately 2 each month), and 6 tournaments which includes ALL TOURNAMENT FEES.
This is payable in 2 installments. $600 upon registration and the other half ($400) MADE OUT TO STARS LACROSSE dated January 15th. We will ask for the 2nd check pre dated January 15th and made out to STARS LACROSSE in the fall which we will hold until January. You will receive an email stating when the check will be deposited for your records. If you prefer to pay the entire fee up front, that is fine also. This does not include uniforms.
ALL CHECKS SHOULD ALWAYS BE MADE OUT TO STARS LACROSSE.
