STARS ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
To tryout for the Stars Lacrosse Club, you will need to Click here and submit the registration form. Please bring $25.00 to cover the costs of tryouts. We prefer cash and you must provide this to register. Also please bring a check MADE OUT TO HOLLY LEACHMAN for $495 with you to tryouts – this is for the first half of the team fee which we will hold until after the results of tryouts.  Depending on the results of tryouts, we will then deposit the check or destroy it.  The funds are needed immediately upon registration to cover costs for the Fall tournaments which are already in various stages of progress.

Cost for being on the STARS LACROSSE CLUB TEAM will be $895 per player.  This fee includes all tournament fees, field fees, coaches fees, and 10 practices (approximately 2 each month).  This is payable in 2 installments.  $495 upon registration and the other half ($400) MADE OUT TO HOLLY LEACHMAN on January 15th.  This does not include uniforms.
